2. We are not your broker or adviser

3. We do not show market data
NewsBerri never displays market prices, quotes, bid/ask, or price charts. What we show are sentiment scores — directional model estimates derived from public news headlines, computed once on our servers. Any figures, gauges, or track-record numbers on the site or in the app are illustrative or historical statistics about our scoring, never live market data and never a price to trade on.
4. Scores are estimates and can be wrong
Sentiment scores are produced by automated models reading public news. They are probabilistic estimates, not statements of fact, and they can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Accuracy and hit-rate figures are historical and do not guarantee future results.
5. Trading risk
Futures and derivatives trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment.
