Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective July 21, 2026 · Last updated July 21, 2026

How trials, cancellation, and refunds work. Short version: a 7-day free trial, cancel anytime, no surprises.

1. Your 7-day free trial is the risk-free window

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. We require a payment method up front, but you are not charged until the trial ends. If NewsBerri isn’t for you, cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing. We’ll email you before the trial converts, so you’re never surprised.

2. How to cancel

Cancel anytime — two ways:

Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

3. Refunds

Monthly plans. Because you get a free trial to evaluate the Service first, monthly payments are generally non-refundable for the current period once charged. When you cancel, you keep access until that period ends and are not billed again.

Six-month plans. Six-month plans are fully refundable within 7 days of the charge — just email us. After that they are non-refundable for the current six-month term, though you can still cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.

Always. We will issue a refund where required by law, and we’ll look at genuine problems (e.g. a duplicate charge or a clear billing error) case by case — just email us.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, our processor retries for a short window. If it keeps failing, the subscription is cancelled and access ends. Update your card in the billing portal to avoid interruption.

5. Price changes

If we change subscription prices, the new price applies only to future renewal periods, and we’ll notify you in advance. Your current period is unaffected.

6. Contact

Any billing question — a charge you don’t recognize, a cancellation, a refund request — email support@newsberri.com and a human will help.
