Terms of Service

The agreement between you and NewsBerri. Please read it — and note that NewsBerri is an information tool, never trading advice.

1. Agreement & who we are

NewsBerri (“NewsBerri,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Acquirer's Prior Choir Acquirements Limited Company. These Terms govern your use of newsberri.com and app.newsberri.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. What NewsBerri is — and is not

NewsBerri is a news-sentiment information tool for futures traders: it scores public news once on our servers and shows the same read to everyone. It is informational only — not investment, financial, or trading advice, not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and never a display of market prices. Scores are model estimates and can be wrong. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. See our full disclaimer.

3. Your account & acceptable use

You must be at least 18. Sign-in is passwordless (email link, Google, or passkey) — keep your email and devices secure, as you’re responsible for activity under your account. Don’t resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, and don’t share access beyond your plan. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service at risk.

4. Subscriptions, trial & billing

• Core is $19/month and Pro is $39/month; a six-month term may be offered at checkout (Core $95, Pro $195 — five months’ price for six months of access). Desk is $69/month or $345 for six months and is set up by contacting us; it is not sold through checkout.
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial and require a payment method up front. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged and the subscription begins.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel; you authorize us and Stripe to charge your method on file at each renewal.
• Cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal or by emailing us — you keep access through the period already paid for. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store your card details. Taxes may apply.

5. Our rights & yours

The Service, its scores, software, and design are owned by NewsBerri and licensed to you for your own use only; news and source material belong to their owners. You agree to indemnify NewsBerri against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Futures trading carries a substantial risk of loss; past accuracy does not guarantee future results, and the Service may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewsBerri is not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

7. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes are posted here with a new date and, where required, emailed to you — continued use means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Questions: support@newsberri.com.
