Billing questions

Can I switch tiers or cancel later?

Both, anytime, self-serve from your account. Upgrades take effect right away, and if you cancel you keep access until the end of what you've already paid for.

What do I need to run it?

A browser — nothing to install. Core covers one device, Pro three, Desk five. Pro and Desk add the desktop overlay app, which floats the read right over your trading platform. How the read is made →

Is the 6-month plan really one month free?

Yes. Core is $95 for six months against $114 if you paid monthly, so you pay for five and get six. Pro and Desk work the same way, at $195 and $345.

Does the cheaper tier get slower news?

No. All three tiers carry every contract and every source, scored once and sent to everyone at the same moment. A paid tier buys more platform around the read, never a faster read.

What happens on the day the trial ends?

We email you before it does, so the first charge is a decision you made rather than a line on a statement. Cancel before then and nothing is taken.
